Pattern Making Add-On
This one day add-on course is for those individuals who want to get an introduction to pattern making.
This course will cover the following topics
Pattern card stock selection and resources
Pattern marking, scoring and cutting tools
Walking The Gusset techniques
Saddle stitching including stitching with and without casting
Gusset types discussion
We will cover pattern making by hand using the Symmetry Method discussed in the book Leatherwork School by Ellen Valentine. You will make a basic set of patterns for the passport wallet, valet tray, zip wallet and the clutch. You will also get an introduction to computerized pattern making using Adobe Illustrator.
There are only 4 students per course so everyone will receive plenty of individual attention.

Once you complete your deposit, you will receive a Workshop Participant Agreement. This includes payment receipt, balance due amounts and dates, session times, location details, travel arrangement recommendations and more. Course Fee: $280.00
*To book your place you must pay the 50% deposit ($140.00) This is in addition to the beginner class deposit.. The remaining balance of $140.00 will be charged 8 weeks before the course starts.
